Your choice of one a QUEEN AIR MATTRESS, TWO COT or FOUR COT layout. Includes everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 or 4 campers:

CAMPING CHECK IN

CAMPING ENTRANCE DIRECTIONS

If you are camping at the festival, you will use the venue’s Camping Entrance. For directions and a map visit:

CAMPING PARKING
Parking is included with your camping pass! After checking in, you will drive your vehicle to park adjacent to your camp site.

CHOOSING YOUR CAMP SITE
The campgrounds have lots of open land for campers to spread out – and you can build your campsite with your friends. Camping spots are first-come-first-serve, so arrive early to get the best spots. If you can’t get to the festival early – no worries, there is plenty of room and prime spots abound.

CHECK IN / OUT TIMES
Camping CHECK IN begins on Friday morning, Nov 10 at 10am. Camping spots are first come first serve, arrive early to get the best spots! The campgrounds close on Monday, Nov 13 at noon, so you must leave by that time.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Here are some items we suggest you consider bringing for a happy camping weekend.

TENTS & CAMPING EQUIPMENT
– Appropriately sized tent
– Shade for your tent / area
– Lock for your tent for safekeeping while you’re away
– An air mattress or cot
– Sleeping bag or blankets and a pillow
– Flashlight
– Decorate your tent area and make it awesome!

FOOD & SNACKS

Sealed food and non-alcoholic beverages stored in non-breakable containers will be permitted inside the camping area. Keep in mind when packing food items that open flames or fires are not allowed (this includes camping stoves).
– Coolers must be under 30 inches. Ice will be available for sale.
– Bring reusable bottles, plates, cups, and eating utensils. Help us reduce waste in the campground! Water will be available to wash dishes.
– A 24 hour diner will also be available serving up good stuff all night. These items will not be allowed into the general festival area.

PERSONAL ITEMS
– Sunscreen, towels, toothbrush, and items to shower with, etc.
– Acoustic music is welcome. Please respect your neighbors and leave your electrified music gear at home.

There will be a 24 hours General Store in the camping area, but please keep in mind selection and availability will be limited. There will be plenty of food options provided by our local food vendors during festival hours.

FAMILY FRIENDLY, FEMALE-ONLY, LGBT-FRIENDLY & SOBER CAMPING AREAS

To ensure you have the most comfortable and safest weekend camping with us, we’re excited to announce the addition of both female-only and lgbt-friendly camping zones to our already existing family friendly and sober camping areas. To request a space within one of these zones, simply email camping@soundonsoundfest.com

CAMPGROUND RULES

These rules are set it place to create a safe, enjoyable camping experience and to comply with Texas state law and to ensure a safe weekend.

STUFF YOU CAN’T BRING TO THE CAMPGROUNDS

The following items will not be allowed in the campgrounds.

  • Glass of any kind
  • Weapons or harmful objects
  • Illegal substances
  • Pet(s)
  • Professional camera equipment (cameras with a detachable lens, tripods, video cameras)
  • Laser pointers
  • Cooking or heating elements of any kind, open flames, charcoal grills, gas lanterns, gas stoves, tiki torches, sky lanterns or fires
  • Items that can be used as a weapon, including pepper spray
  • Motorized vehicles of any kind
  • Generators
  • Compressed gas canisters (Co2, propane, etc.)
  • Fireworks or any other kind of explosive
  • Unauthorized vending
  • Negative Vibes
  • Drones/UAVs (if found, will result from your immediate removal from the festival grounds)
  • Hammers
  • Unsealed over-the-counter Medications (Available at General Store and Medical Tent)
  • Umbrellas
  • Unsealed Eye Drops
  • Vitamins/Supplements
  • Amplified sound equipment

Be sure to check this page before you pack for the festival, as this list of items that are not allowed may change!

 CAMPGROUNDS RULES

  • All campers in the general camping area must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid I.D. Sorry, no exceptions.  Campers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Children under 13 camp for free.
  • Each camping attendee must have a Weekend Pass wristband in addition to a camping wristband for entrance. Only festival attendees with a camping wristband will be allowed in the camping area.
  • For safety reasons, once a vehicle is parked in the campgrounds, it is not allowed to move within the campgrounds.
  • Camping is rain or shine, no refunds will be available do to inclement weather.
  • Use of open fire is prohibited. This area of Texas is frequently under a burn ban. Open fire includes campfires, charcoal grills, Tiki torches, candles, oil lamps etc. No fireworks or any types of explosives are permitted.
  • Do not take alcohol from the campgrounds to the festival grounds. These are separate areas and you will be asked to take it back to your tent.
  • No selling of any items is allowed in the campground area. No branded items may be handed out or distributed in campgrounds without written consent.
  • What you bring is what you should take back with you, except for general trash and recycling items such as plastic bottles. Please recycle.
  • Security will be on-site at all times. The security team is on-site to ensure patron safety; they are not responsible for the security of your personal items.
  • The festival and venue are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don’t bring valuable items, or if you do, lock them in your car or keep them on you.
  • First Aid personnel will be available at the festival 24/7. Please practice due diligence with your own personal safety as well as the safety of others.
