Worldwide corona epidemic, death toll transcends 2.5 lakh

The worldwide spread of corona virus from Wuhan city of China has caused havoc. Thousands of deaths have been taking place since last several days. Now this figure has crossed 2.5 million. At the same time, the number of infected patients is more than 3.5 million.

Johns Hopkins University’s Center for System Science and Engineering (CSSE) reported in its latest update that the global death toll as of Tuesday morning was 2,51,519. At the same time, America currently has the highest number of deaths in the world. Here 68,922 people have lost their lives due to this dangerous virus. 

According to CSSE data, in other countries with more than 20,000 deaths, there have been 29,079 deaths in Italy, 28,809 in the UK, 25,428 in Spain and 25,204 in France. The global number of Kovid-19 cases on Tuesday morning was 35,82,469.

According to CSSE data, the United States tops the world with 11,80,288 cases of infections. It was followed by Spain (218,011), Italy (211,938), UK (191,832), France (169,583), Germany (166,152), Russia (145,268), Turkey (127,659) and Brazil (108,266).
