NASA Alerts A ‘Potentially Dangerous’ Asteroid Is Approaching Earth

NASA has warned that five asteroids are approaching planet Earth and has classified one of them as “potentially dangerous”. Scientists estimate that space cars have different dimensions. The smallest is the size of a bus and the largest the size of a 60-story building.

The closest asteroid to the planet will stay at a distance of 1.9 million kilometers, according to NASA estimates. That is, five times the distance between us and the moon. The space body considered potentially dangerous measures 177 meters and will pass next Wednesday, July 1, 3.75 million kilometers from Earth.

Also, according to the classification of the American agency, asteroids of a size greater than 150 meters that are observed at a maximum of 7.5 million kilometers away are located in this category.
