MG Hector Plus SUV listed on company website, will be launched in three variants in July

MG Motor India (MG Motor India) will launch the new SUV MG Hector Plus (MG Hector Plus) in India in the second week of July next month. MG Motor India has now listed its upcoming Hector Plus SUV on the company’s website online. MG also recently announced that it has started manufacturing Hector Plus at its Halol, Gujarat plant. The company showcased MG Hector Plus at the recent 2020 Auto Expo. This car has been waiting for a long time in the Indian car market. It is the most distinctive version of the company’s most popular SUV, the MG Hector. The new Hector Plus will come with more seat options. Explain that MG Motor is a British company owned by China SAIC.

Launched in 3 variants, the new Hector Plus will come with more seat options. According to the information, MG Hector Plus will be 6 seater and will offer in 3 variants. The names of these variants are Smart, Super and Sharp. The three engine options in these variants will be 1.5-liter petrol, 1.5-liter petrol hybrid automatic and 2.0-liter diesel. The SUV was to be launched in the second quarter of this year, but due to the epidemic, its launch date was pushed forward. It is the most distinctive version of the company’s most popular SUV, the MG Hector. The 6-seater model of the MG Hector Plus was showcased at the Auto Expo with more space in the cabin , with two captain seats in the middle row. Both of these seats can be tilted to sit on the third row seat. This SUV will come with a customizable (2 + 2 + 2/2 + 3 + 2) seating option. According to MG Motor, more space will be available in the new Hector. According to the company, the length of Hector Plus has been increased to 40 mm as compared to the current Hector.

The 7-seater Hector Plus is also going to launch a 7-seater model of this SUV in addition to the 6-seater model of MG Hector Plus, which can be launched by the end of the year. The 7 seater version will get a 60:40 split bench seat in the second row.  Hector Plus will get a new interior and exterior compared to Hector as well as new headlamps, front lamps, bumpers, rear taillight design and revised skid front. The company’s president and managing director Rajeev Chaba says that MG Products was well received by the audience at the Auto Expo 2020.
